Every year, between September and October, one of the most beautiful spectacles in nature takes place. We are referring to the mating period of the deer, known as the Brama season. This is when the fierce fights and rematches take place, between males with the loud roars they vocalize to attract females and drive away other competing males.

PROGRAMME

9.15pm - Meeting point at the Aldeia do Xisto Store in Aigra Nova
9.30pm - Visit to the Environmental Interpretation Centre
10pm - Beginning of the Trail 
3am  - Closing event with tea and honey at Aigra Nova
