Origem Safaris took us on an amazing journey through some of the hidden natural and scenic pearls of the Serra do Açor Protected Landscape. Starting in the Aldeia do Xisto of Fajão, we began with a motivating meal, a worthy example of highland cooking, in the O Pascoal restaurant - a gallant concert given by Carlos Simão, to welcome us, and by his wife, Lucília, in the alchemy of flavours. Thus, fortified by our stomach we were ready to face the journey in a UMM jeep through the wrinkles of the mountains, from the summits where the successive and deep waves of this sea of mountains can be seen, to the nooks and crannies where the song of the water bubbles as its fluids slap the stony wills. At the end of the day, after a snack at the Dam of Santa Luzia, we dived into Dark Sky Aldeias do Xisto. From here on only images can speak that language that the eyes carry to the soul. Two points:
