Chef Flávio Silva and Chef Rita de Oliveira were present with their signature dishes at the National Gastronomy Festival, in Santarém, which began on 17 October and will end on 2 November.
Chef Rita de Oliveira, from the restaurant A Viscondessa, Palácio da Lousã and Chef Flávio Silva from O Buke Restaurant at the Villa Pampilhosa Hotel represented the region at the Gastronomic Exhibition in Santarém, carrying out tastings based on the traditional cooking of the Aldeias do Xisto.
Also present was Portuguese actor João Catarré, Ambassador of the Alentejo, who was delighted with the work of bothChefs.
