SUSANA TRAVASSOS
Portuguese singer and composer Susana Travassos has a varied background, ranging from lyrical singing to jazz, and is strongly influenced by Brazilian popular music. Her first album was a tribute to Elis Regina (2008), in which she made sure to keep her Portuguese accent. Because of her versatility, she transitions between traditional and modern music with equal ease.
He maintains a close partnership and affinity with various artists in recordings and concerts, among them Zeca Baleiro, Toninho Horta, Chico César, Luis Felipe Gama, Zé Paulo Becker, Gabriel Grossi, Ná Ozzetti, Renato Braz, Pedro Jóia, Pierre Aderne and many others.

In this concert, Susana Travassos is accompanied by Múcio Sá, a musician from Bahia, who has lived in Portugal since 1991. He plays acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin, ukulele, banjo, bass guitar and keyboard. He's a musician, composer, producer and developer of electronic music.
