Bagaceira is associated with the Aldeias do Xisto of Góis as a typical local product. In a moment of warm socialisation, and where entertainment is guaranteed, besides the actual confection of the brandy, the daily life of the village is also portrayed. With recourse to the Claro Family's still and the know-how of Mr. Manuel Claro, the bagaceira will delight the participants.
