Located in the village of Góis, with quick access to the historic centre of the village, the Peneda / Pego Escuro River Beach offers a large grassy area on the banks of the Ceira River, with good facilities. This beach area holds a Blue Flag and a Quercus Gold Medal. It has also been classified as an accessible beach.
