The Pedra da Ferida Waterfall is located in the Espinhal Mountain, municipality of Penela, and can be accessed starting from the Ribeira da Azenha [Watermill Stream] trail.
From the village of Espinhal to the waterfall, it is 3 km, and the last part has to be done on foot through the forest path with dense vegetation and a lot of shade. It is also possible to admire the waterfall from a viewpoint near the locality of Carvalha da Serra.
