This place is one of the geomonuments of the Naturtejo Geopark.
The Corgas Geomorphological Viewpoint, in the municipality of Proença-a-Nova, extends along the rounded back of the Alvelos mountains, covered with heather and broom. The gaze reaches tens of kilometres to the curious shape of the Serra das Talhadas, which materializes the Sinclinal de Ródão. This place is one of the geomonuments of the Naturtejo Geopark.
