From Proença-a-Nova, take the EN241 toward Sobreira Formosa. Continue to Catraia Cimeira via the EN233, heading toward Castelo Branco. Before the Alvito bridge, turn left onto the paved road. About 1.5 km ahead, turn right at the junction onto a dirt road.

Public Transportation:
During the bathing season (June 23 to September 9), free transportation is available from the Urban Park. Departure times are at 9:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m., with return trips from the beaches at 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
