Led by Chef Flavio Silva, O Buke restaurant, at the Villa Pampilhosa Hotel, received, on 18 December, the Silver Diploma in the Restaurant category, in the Revolta do Bacalhau competition.
Revolta do Bacalhau is a Portuguese recipe competition, created in 2005 by INTER Magazine, for RECHEIO Cash&Carry and the NSC - Norwegian Seafood Council.
Each year, the competition features new suggestions for Norwegian Salted Dried Cod recipes, being the key element of the competition and the principal raw ingredient of the dishes presented.
