The "Fragas de São Simão", in the municipality of Figueiró dos Vinhos, and the "Praia das Rocas", in the municipality of Castanheira de Pera, are two of the five Portuguese attractions competing for the title of the best adventure attraction in Europe at the World Travel Awards.
The "Passadiços do Paiva," the "Passadiços do Mondego," and the "Dino Parque Lourinhã" complete the national nominations. In the same category, competitors include Chamonix–Mont-Blanc (in France), Kalevala (in Poland), and the Matterhorn mountain in Zermatt, Switzerland.
Voting for the 2024 World Travel Awards is already open and runs until February 4. You can vote HERE. The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony in Berlin, Germany, on March 4, 2024.
