The "Trilhos dos Abutres” trails is one of the main pillars for developing Trail Running in Portugal. It covers the Serra da Lousã Mountain range with trails that lead to Miranda do Corvo, Vila Nova.
The event is composed of a long distance race on a semi-autonomous basis, with 2,500 meters of inclination - Ultra Trilhos 50km; a medium distance race, with 1.500 meters of inclination - Trilhos do Abutes 30km; a short distance race, with 860 meters of inclination - Mini Trilhos dosAbutres 20Km; an exclusive race for athletes born between 2001 and 2002, with 920 meters of descente - Abutres First Flight 12 Km; a race for the younger ones, with distances defined according to age - Junior José Godinho Trails; and a non-competitive race, with 1050 meters of inclination - Walk 12 Km.
At the same time following events will take place: Expotrail dos Abutres, a sports equipment fair; Tertúlia dos Abutres, a debate on the spot; Fototrail dos Abutres.
