On the first floor there is a hall, living room with television, double bedroom with a cot, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is large, with a comfortable bed, especially designed by the designer of the restoration project, with a large cot, schist walls and wooden floor and ceiling, wardrobe and two large windows.
On the 2nd floor there is a large bedroom with several beds and an en-suite bathroom. The walls are of schist, the ceiling and floor are wooden. There is a wood stove for heating and two windows with panoramic views to the Açor hills. There are stoves on all floors.
The house is easy to access and identify as it is located on the edge of the main road, has its name on outer wall and all shutters painted in the recognizable colour of rosemary.
