- meeting near the Manteigas Town Hall
- departure by bus to Covão d’Ametade
8.20am | Covão d’Ametade
- inauguration and unveiling of the information panel referring to the start of the GRZ (GR33)
8.30am | Covão d’Ametade
- symbolic collecting of water from the Zêzere river
- preparation of the baton
- departure of the cycling group
9.30am | Jardim do Pego - Manteigas
- beginning of the trail between Manteigas and Vale de Amoreira | 12km | difficulty: moderate
12.30pm | Vale de Amoreira Urban Park
- welcome-lunch
2.30pm | Vale de Amoreira
- return to Manteigas by bus.
